A 30+ year advertising veteran, Mike began as a copywriter. He’s evolved into an expert at creating Digital Advertising and Interactive Content that engages consumers with brands. He is expert at taking difficult to understand topics – choosing a plan, understanding health care, sophisticated medical devices – and creating engaging, easy, fun interactivity that sells. Rachel Zake-Ozan

A graduate of Boston University, Rachel joined Zig in 2006 and managed accounts such as Moen and Sherwin Williams until 2009 before moving to Madrid and then Los Angeles to travel and explore. Rachel was thrilled to rejoin Zig in 2019 with a new perspective to face exciting challenges and clients as the world became even more digitally-focused. Through acute attention to detail, dedication to her clients' needs, and enthusiasm, Rachel helps companies identify and execute strategic goals to promote success and higher share-of-market.

Liz has 10+ years in the advertising industry focusing on account management and in the last 4+ years strictly media…specifically digital and mobile media. In her current role, Liz manages all media campaigns at Zig - from planning to buying to optimizing campaigns in order to achieve the best results possible at the lowest cost.
